ABOUT THE POSITION:
The position is accountable for the successful development and implementation of content marketing and communication activities for the upcoming Touring Exhibition at Melbourne Museum.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Proven networks, experience and extensive knowledge of the arts and culture and/or visitor attractions community;
- Proven understanding and experience of developing audience-focused content delivered across bought owned and earned digital media and marketing channels;
- Proven results working with emerging communication channels such as social media, bloggers and online;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills;
- An ability to effectively develop internal and external networks with stakeholder groups and agencies;
- An ability to coordinate tasks and work to many competing deadlines;
- An ability to maintain confidentiality, communicates ideas succinctly, and represents the organisation effectively;
- An ability to work autonomously, as well as in cross-functional teams.
