Museums Victoria seeks a Head of Digital to provide strategic editorial leadership that strategically enhances and maximises audience experiences, engagement and visitation. The Head of Digital is responsible for the creation, production and delivery of high-quality, audience/user-focused digital content across multiple platforms and channels to support Museums Victoria to deliver on its purpose, vision and strategy. This position provides overall editorial leadership across Museums Victoria and is accountable for developing and delivering end to end digital content that engages, enriches and connects our audience through a multi-platform multi-channel digital experience. The role also leads multidisciplinary teams and is responsible for scoping a cohesive digital narrative across multiple departments while ensuring alignment with organization-wide plans and strategies.

Museums Victoria cares for the State scientific and cultural collections, providing visitor access, activities and events at five distinct venues:  Melbourne Museum, Immigration Museum, Scienceworks, IMAX Cinema and world heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building.
