Post-Doctoral Researcher Natural History (fixed term 1 year)

Canterbury Museum seeks an enthusiastic and hardworking researcher to join the team at one of Christchurch’s most popular and dynamic attractions for locals and tourists alike.
You will undertake research on our world class avian paleontology collections, identifying taxa and publishing on them in international journals. You will have a PhD in a relevant field and ideally it will have been less than 5 years since you graduated. We require a publication record, and experience in seeking external funding and writing grant applications.
