ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is accountable for the successful delivery of a range of multi-channel development activities and campaigns, including insights and analysis to inform campaign development.

Notable skills and experiences:

  1. Previous experience and a record of success managing philanthropy and donor programs.
  2. Demonstrated experience managing and delivering successful multi-channel Annual Giving campaigns and individual giving programs.
  3. Demonstrated experience coordinating events for donors, including the coordination of communications and other forms of communications for donors
  4. Previous experience and an understanding of the process of applying for trusts and grants.
  5. Ability to work in a faced paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritise work and competing demands.
  6. Experience in the use of CRM systems (preferably Microsoft CRM).
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Experience in management and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and establish good relations with others.
  9. The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
