We have a rare opportunity available to join our Curatorial team to identify and craft stories for the museums and identify objects and interactives that will tell these stories in an innovative way. A major focus of the position is working with key internal and external stakeholders (including ACMI’s Indigenous Advisory Committee) to identify, develop and deliver indigenous content and programs; but you will also work across the exhibition and broader programs holistically.

You will be experienced in producing exhibitions with a passion for the moving image with the ability to navigate First Peoples artistic and cultural practice and communities locally and nationally.  Your excellent research, writing and organisational skills coupled with ability to forge new relationships will enable you to thrive in this role.

This role is a Grade 4, available on a full-time basis with a commencing salary of $85,279 plus super.
