People Manager – Powerhouse
The People Manager is a key role responsible for managing the development and delivery of operational HR services and initiatives aligned to public sector policy, legislation and innovative, best practice approaches including recruitment and retention, workforce planning, on-boarding, employee relations, engagement, performance management and off-boarding.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of strategic HR advice and people management combined with a sound understanding of HR policies and practices, preferably in the NSW Public Sector environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
