About the vacancy
The role provides a customer focussed consultancy and advisory service to management and staff on a diverse range of human resource and workforce matters for staff and volunteers. It also initiates and contributes to the development, review and evaluation of Human Resources strategies, plans, policies, procedures, guidelines and systems.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Provide a customer focussed consultancy and advisory service to managers, employees and volunteers on a variety of complex, human resource issues
- Provides guidance, coaching and support to managers and the executive to enable effective management of employees and volunteers.
- Contributes to the development, implementation and evaluation of contemporary human resource policies and practices to ensure their alignment with the organisation values and objectives.
