Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a UI Designer to help re-imagine their websites for Melbourne Museum, Scienceworks and Immigration Museum as well as our Museums Victoria site.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The primary responsibility of the UI Designer will be to ensure design excellence and the timely delivery of digital assets for all Museums Victoria websites and other digital products.
Key Selection Criteria to address in your application:
- Demonstrated experience in innovative UI design on websites and other digital products.
- Proven ability to interpret a design system across web, mobile and other digital platforms.
- Understanding of UX research methodologies and their application to adapting designs.
- Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including developers, content designers and UX professionals.
- Experience working in Agile within diverse project teams.
- Written and oral communication skills with experience in communicating design ideas to stakeholders.
- The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
