About the role
Join ACMI as our Public Programs and Education Coordinator to provide administration and program coordination support to the Head of Education, Director of Programming and the Public Programs and Industry teams. The Education and Public Programs teams are responsible for engaging diverse audiences with ACMI’s work through meaningful access to the widest range of screen content and experiences. Collaborating and liaising with stakeholders you will deliver a variety of support services to a creative and flexible team. This is a full-time fixed term role for 12 months from commencement.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience in office management, providing administrative and operational support to a team in either a service industry or cultural organisation.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands to deliver results within specified timeframes.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research, analyse data, prepare reports and correspondence. Experience in or strong understanding of audience evaluation and reporting.
- Highly competent computer skills including the use of the Microsoft office suite, Tessitura and computer-based office systems. Experience developing, maintaining and reviewing office management systems and procedures.
What we offer
- Full-time fixed term role for 12 months from commencement. Grade 3.1 role with a starting salary of $74,580 plus super.
