We are seeking an individual on a full-time basis, who can deliver programs that meet the expectations of the audience and has the ability to build positive working relationships with their colleagues as well as the general public, teachers and students.
Other skills and experience required includes:
- Demonstrated public presentation skills and experience presenting to a range of audiences.
- Engage in informal science conversations with the general public.
- Experience working with children, ideally in a teaching or coaching role.
- Demonstrated communication skills including effective written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Working with children check or ability to obtain one.
- National Police Check or ability to obtain one.
- Science or Education related tertiary qualification (desirable).
- Current driver’s licence
