Powerhouse

Are you ready to help shape the digital future of one of Australia’s most iconic cultural institutions?   We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Website Producer to support the delivery of accurate, accessible, and visually consistent content across Powerhouse’s website and digital platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation to draft, review, and publish content that aligns with our brand and accessibility standards. You’ll contribute to publishing workflows, web pages, coordinate approvals, and provide design support for digital assets. You’ll be enthusiastic about the identifying roadblocks and present practical solutions to keep content delivery on track. To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital content. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the digital presence of one of Australia’s most iconic cultural institutions while building your skills in a supportive and creative environment.

About Powerhouse

Through the renewal and across its platforms, Powerhouse will redefine museums in the 21st century by renegotiating the terms of engagement with communities, radically returning to and reckoning with its legacy as a museum of industry and fortifying its vital role in the cultural and economic ecosystems of NSW, Australia and the world. The Powerhouse, one of Australia’s oldest and most important cultural institutions, continues the delivery of its renewal program across its five platforms, Powerhouse Parramatta, Powerhouse Ultimo, Powerhouse Castle Hill, Sydney Observatory and Powerhouse Digital, our space to tell stories and provide new levels of access to the Powerhouse Collection of over 500,000 objects.
