About the role
ACMI is seeking a Fundraising Campaigns Manager to join our Commercial & Development team. The role delivers ACMI’s donor campaigns, with an emphasis on donor acquisition and stewardship through strategic annual giving. Collaborating with the Philanthropy & Grants Manager, Director of Commercial & Development, the development team and ACMI stakeholders the role meets revenue targets through donations to the organisation. This is a new part-time fixed term role until 16 October 2026 reporting to the Director of Commercial & Development.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Your experience in fundraising campaign development and delivery, including research, the creation of targeted campaigns and messaging, and relationship management, specifically within the arts sector.
- An understanding and innovative approach to online and onsite donation program tactics.
- The ability to manage strategic relationships with a track record of developing and executing successful cultivation strategies with individual donors.
- A creative approach to donor cultivation and retention strategies, with the ability to identify and create memorable and impactful interactions.
- Your experience collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve fundraising outcomes.

- Part-time fixed term role until 16 October 2026 (36.8 hours/fortnight split across Mon – Wed each week). Grade 4.1 role with a starting salary of $97,955 pro rata plus super.
