Powerhouse
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Retail, to lead the strategic, digital, and operational management of Powerhouse’s multi-site retail operations. This role is responsible for delivering a commercially robust, design-led retail experience. In this role, you will drive retail strategy, customer experience, visual merchandising excellence, and staff capability across our physical stores and digital channels. This is a fantastic hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially astute retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Powerhouse Museum is located at the intersection of arts, design, science, and technology and plays a critical role in engaging communities with contemporary ideas and issues. It is the custodian of more than half a million objects of national and international significance and is considered one of the finest and most diverse collections in Australia. We are undertaking a landmark $1.3 billion infrastructure renewal program, led by the creation of Powerhouse Parramatta; expanded research and public facilities at Powerhouse Castle Hill; the heritage revitalisation of the iconic Powerhouse Ultimo; and the ongoing operation of Sydney Observatory.
