About the role
Reporting to ACMI’s Head of Digital Products & Interaction Design, you’ll play a key role in shaping the website of Australia’s national museum of screen culture. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll lead website content management, drive improvements through data and user insights, and champion accessibility and SEO best practice. Working closely with teams across ACMI, you’ll help deliver engaging, user-centred digital experiences and empower content owners to confidently manage and publish their own content.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience managing website content, content management system (CMS) platforms and digital publishing workflows.
- Knowledge of digital product development, including agile methodologies, UX, accessibility, SEO/GEO best practice and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a visitor-focused approach and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience creating engaging, audience-focused digital content.
- Strong organisation, project management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- A passion for digital innovation and knowledge sharing, with an interest in documenting and sharing insights that support learning, innovation and collaboration across the organisation.
