Associate Producer – Exhibitions and Travelling Exhibitions
Are you a collaborative team player with experience in the development and installation of exhibitions? We are looking for a driven and passionate Associate Producer to join a leading NSW Government Executive Agency. You will be part of a diverse, professional, and dynamic team that supports the Museums of History NSW (MHNSW) to achieve its goals.

MHNSW brings together the museums, historic houses and associated collections previously in the care of Sydney Living Museums with the vast collection of more than 13 million items held by the former NSW State Archives. This includes one of the world’s most complete and important collections documenting colonisation.

What you’ll do with us
This role will support the travelling and temporary exhibition program to provide administrative support and onsite assistance with the project management. The role is involved in all aspects of the development, production, design, installation and evaluation of travelling and temporary exhibitions.

What you need to do to apply

What the essential requirements of the role are
- Experience working on the development, coordination and installation of temporary and travelling exhibitions.
- Experience working across a range of administrative tasks and using computer applications to support projects and teams.
- Experience with object handling and care.
- Current NSW driver’s licence.
