The Administrative Officer – Fundraising and Membership is responsible for assisting the Head of Fundraising and Membership in developing and delivering fundraising/corporate sponsorship revenues and activities for Sovereign Hill.

To be successful you must demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organising and time management skills, including the capability to prioritise and work within tight timetables to produce high-quality outcomes
  • Strong computer, word processing, with particular emphasis on accuracy, grammatical correctness and professionalism in presentation of all produced work
  • A clear ability to work with volunteers, donors and key corporate and private stakeholders
  • An understanding of governmental and civic protocol would be highly desirable
  • High level of both verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrable cooperative nature
  • The ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • A systematic approach to work as a committed team member within a small office setting
  • Ability to work flexible and additional hours, some after hours, as and when required
