Canterbury Museum is seeking an Administration Assistant to support its central office, mainly working with the Director’s Executive Assistant.
You will have proven ability in office administration, with great attention to detail. No job will be too big or too small, and you will work collaboratively alongside the EA in providing support to the senior team. You will have experience with the MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of filing. An ability to deal with both paper-based and electronic filing is essential. Prior experience in administrative support at a senior level is an advantage. As you would be handling filing and correspondence from the Director’s office, a high level of discretion is required.

- at least one year of proven experience as an administrator, ideally including some support at
