The opportunity
As an Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to teams across the museum. You will be responsible for raising purchase orders, arranging meetings and taking minutes, preparing credit card returns, record keeping and supporting the team with their administrative requirements.
- Experience providing administrative support to a team
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Great communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
- An understanding of procurement processes
