Conditions
This is a full-time, fixed-term vacancy, for a period of 6 months, with a possibility of extension.

Location
This position is based at the WA Museum Administration Office – 150 William Street, Perth.

Job Description
As the Administrative Assistant you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Officer of the Western Australian Museum.

Within this role you will be required to utilise your high level interpersonal and organisational skills, verbal and written skills through the management of the CEO’s complex diary and electronic contacts, receiving and directing enquiries, and providing support for meetings including concise minute-taking.

You will also be responsible for arranging travel/visa/accommodation and preparing itineraries/meeting folders for the CEO, typing letters, proof reading and tracking correspondence.
