The Assistant Curator will work as part of a team responsible for ACMI’s ongoing program of temporary exhibitions, commissions and related initiatives, including the delivery of a major incoming touring exhibition. You will work with the Curatorial Team to research and curate significant exhibitions that present the work of artists or communicate collection-based stories and ideas in a vibrant, original and inclusive way with a focus on audience engagement. You will have demonstrable knowledge in the history or practice of at least one of ACMI’s core subject areas: cinema, TV, contemporary moving image art, games and digital culture.
