Housed in one of Australia’s most prominent national heritage listed buildings, the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House was the first museum in Australia dedicated to telling the story of the journey of our democracy. It seeks to provide a range of innovative exhibitions, tours, interpretation, education programs and public activities that will inspire and challenge visitors to explore democracy from its ancient roots to the present day and possible futures.
The APS Level 6 Assistant Marketing Manager forms part of a small dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment that is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the effective promotion and positioning of the Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD) at Old Parliament House (OPH), its activities and products.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns; high-level project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and experience in leading social media campaigns.
