We have an exciting role within our Exhibitions and Touring Team for an Assistant Registrar to focus on our onsite exhibition program and contribute to our outbound touring program. The successful incumbent will be primarily responsible for supporting the Registrar and managing a wide range of Exhibition Registration tasks and activities for a diverse range of onsite exhibition projects, contributing to touring exhibition project tasks and occasionally representing ACMI as courier at National and International venues.

We are looking for a candidate with an extensive background and hands on experience in exhibition registration and coordination across a range of exhibition projects within a cultural institution. This experience will be coupled with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced creative environment as well as a sound knowledge of OH&S and safe working practices.
