Conditions

Applicants found suitable but not recommended for this vacancy, may be considered for subsequent similar vacancies for a period of six (6) months, in accordance with Part 5 (General Appointment) of the Commissioner’s Instructions No. 2: Filling a Public Sector Vacancy.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, applicants for this position may be considered for future vacancies at Fremantle Museums – Shipwrecks and Maritime also WA Museum – Boola Bardip for a permanent and fixed term, part-time, full time and casual.

A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment, as per the Department’s Police Record Screening Policy.

Job Description

The role provides day-to-day supervision of Visitor Services staff and liaises with both internal and external stakeholders.
