Duties

The Museum has an exciting opportunity for a professional to join the agency as an Audience Research and Evaluation Officer to implement an audience research and evaluation program and to apply research insights and data to the development and delivery of Museum activities.

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that audience research and evaluation findings and data analysis are used to ensure the Museum has the capability to target and enhance audience experiences through the full range of Museum programs including exhibitions, research, public programs, learning activities and other connections.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that the Museum’s Executive are fully informed on the outcomes of audience research and are able to apply such knowledge to help understand insights and Key Performance Indicators , and to strategic and corporate planning.
