We are looking for an energetic customer focused individual to join our ICT team. The successful candidate will support the ICT Business Partner in planning, installing and supporting all technical aspects of public facing ICT including exhibition, event and conference-related ICT infrastructure.
Key aspects of the role will include:
- Work with the ANMM Digital team to ensure the compatibility of exhibition Audio Visual (AV) content for multi-platform use
- Work with ANMM designers, exhibition managers and AV software consultants to install and test AV and other ICT equipment, ensuring its fully functional
- Advise on ANMM’s capability for incoming exhibition AV requirements
- Provide daily operational support for exhibition technical equipment
- Update and maintain the tracking database for all ANMM TTX AV
- Consider and advise on deaccession of technologically obsolete equipment and arrange for disposal
Assist with editing, publishing, storage and retrieval of digital content
What we are looking for in you:
We are looking for someone with exceptional customer engagement and interpersonal skills, a strong client focus, well proven technical systems support experience and solid written and verbal communication skills. You will be self-motivated with a positive attitude towards your work, have a passion for AV, and substantial experience delivering commercial AV technical support including managing the timely delivery of services.
