We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Booking Services Manager who can lead the development and management of bookings and ticketing services across the organisation. You will be joining a customer focused, professional and dynamic team that supports MHNSW to achieve its goals.
What the opportunity is:
- Employment with Museums of History NSW, NSW Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.
- Clerk Grade 7/8 – $126,222. Package includes salary ($101,947 – $112,849), employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Full-time ongoing employment
- The role will work across the Sydney area.
What we do
MHNSW brings together the museums, historic houses and associated collections previously in the care of Sydney Living Museums with the vast collection of more than 13 million items held by the former NSW State Archives. This includes one of the world’s most complete and important collections documenting colonisation.

What the essential requirements of the role are
- 3 to 5 years’ experience leading bookings services within a busy multifaceted environment.
- Knowledge of and experience working with systems such as Tessitura, Ungerboeck and Time Target.
- Possession of a valid NSW drivers’ licence.
- Willingness to work across and ability to travel to multiple work locations.
