ABOUT THE POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to provide our customers with efficient and effective solutions to their telephone, e-mail and online general enquiries and booking requests across all Museum venues.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Demonstrated experience in providing quality service in a contact centre or equivalent telephone and/or online based environment including the ability for problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Experience and ability to competently use computerised and web based systems e.g. bookings systems, CRM, e-mail, MS Office applications, web based applications.
- Ability to source and comprehend high volumes of information and provide accurate and relevant information back to customers.
- Proven ability to efficiently and accurately perform data entry.
OTHER INFORMATION
The role will mainly be based at Melbourne Museum however a requirement of the role is to fulfill shifts at Scienceworks also.
