Bookings and Enquiries Officer
Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Bookings and Enquiries Officer is to provide our customers with efficient and effective solutions to their telephone, e-mail and online general enquiries and booking requests across all Museum venues.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is accountable for the provision of high quality customer service by providing information and efficient services to customers who contact Museums Victoria via telephone, e-mail, online and other new media (eg: Social Media).
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated high level internal and external customer focus including effective team work and internal communications
- Demonstrated high level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability for problem solving and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated experience in providing quality service in a contact centre or equivalent telephone and/or online based environment
- Experience and ability to competently use computerised and web based systems e.g. bookings systems, Dynamics CRM, e-mail, Microsoft 365 applications (Strong excel skills required), web based applications.
- Ability to source and comprehend high volumes of information and provide accurate and relevant information back to customers
- The successful applicant is required to undergo a Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
