Role Details
The Bookings Officer is responsible for providing a booking service for Museum visitors and clients. They will liaise with a range of Museum clients including schools and teachers, tourism providers, event guests and the public and will coordinate and schedule bookings for a range of Museum activities including education, events, tours, and exhibitions. The Bookings Officer is also responsible for providing general support for front of house and visitor facing activities as directed.

Special Conditions

  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
  • This role requires a working with children check.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.
