2017/18, ACMI attracted 1.55 million visitors to its Federation Square site, and 454,200 visitors to its national and international exhibition touring program. ACMI is about to embark on its most ambitious project to date, a $40m architectural and experience renewal, including a creative rebrand, which will place it at the forefront of museum practice globally. The ACMI Brand & Marketing Team is a key business unit delivering ACMI’s strategic brand, marketing, communications, design, social media and audience research activities. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing, the Brand & Marketing Group Coordinator is an EA with a difference – responsible for managing administrative workflow across the Brand & Marketing team, providing a range of executive and administrative support services to the Director of Brand & Marketing as well as supporting the broader group with the delivery of campaigns, events, strategy and design outputs.  You’ll be exposed to brand and marketing strategy development and implementation and will be supported by a fantastic creative team as well as your EA / group coordinator peers.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a highly organised professional with proven experience in the full range of executive support services. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude and be able to work closely with staff and stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless communication and information delivery across the organisation. A background in a similar role in an advertising, marketing or a creative business / agency would be advantageous.
