You will contribute to the strategic direction of the theatre and lead the way in promoting and positioning the IMAX brand and film product across our varied markets.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join the IMAX senior management team as Brand and Public Relations Manager. You will contribute to the strategic direction of the theatre and lead the way in promoting and positioning the IMAX brand and film product across our varied markets.
You will develop and implement exciting, innovative and cost effective marketing strategies for unique IMAX only documentaries and other key film releases, including generating positive media coverage through the development of appropriate media angles and stories. You will oversee content creation and communications activities for all film titles across owned channels.
You will be a passionate movie fan and will have demonstrated marketing and / or public relations experience and success within the cinema, entertainment or visitor attractions industries, as well as high level knowledge or understanding of the current media landscape. OTHER INFORMATION
This is a full time ongoing position (part time fraction by negotiation for the right candidate). The salary on offer is $85,279 + 9.5% superannuation.
