Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Car Park Attendant provide services to assist the daily operation of the Melbourne Museum Car Park and Scienceworks Car Park.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position is accountable for providing high level customer service, administration, on-the-job staff training (as required) and asset maintenance practices and procedures for the Melbourne Museum Car Park and Scienceworks Car Park.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service
- Experience in the processing of daily administration tasks, including reconciliation of monies, including attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction and to use initiative.
- Experience in a car park or related environment.
- Experience and ability to competently use computerised systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to deadline.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and oral, in the provision of information to the public.
The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
