The Sovereign Hill Hotel offers a variety of accommodation styles from exquisite Heritage Rooms and comfortable motel rooms, to spacious family accommodation and convenient and affordable dormitory rooms. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the position of Casual Housekeeping Storeperson.
The Housekeeping Storeperson is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Housekeeping Room Attendants by maintaining a ready supply of operating stock and clean linen to the accommodation buildings as well as general cleaning and maintenance duties as required.
To be successful in this role we are looking for individuals who have:
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Competent in the use of All-Terrain vehicles and must have a manual drivers licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with all facets of the general public
- The ability to work across flexible rosters including weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
Hours of work will be around 15 hours per week. Previous experience within a similar role in a hotel, motel, B&B or caravan park is preferred but not essential.
