CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Are you a future planner and big picture person? If you are looking for a way to bring your well-honed finance skills to a truly unique environment where you will be ensuring the long-term sustainability of an iconic not-for-profit organisation, this role will be a great fit.

As CFO, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to the finance portfolio which includes audit, payroll, administration, accounts, investment and reporting. Within that role, you will also serve as the Company Secretary. A sound understanding of the rapidly evolving area of financial systems will be essential.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for efficiency in systems and procedures, but who is also a team player – able to work closely with your own staff to drive efficiency gains and robust performance outcomes in a complex business environment, and partner with other functions across the organisation to add value to major projects.

You will be a good listener, with an approachable, down-to-earth manner who is able to make difficult decisions and deliver clear and decisive directions.
