Position Description
Photographs, Film and Sound is a dynamic and energetic section consisting of curatorial and technical experts supported by dedicated administrative staff motivated in excellence and the delivery of service. Under general supervision the Collection Assistant performs a range of technical and administrative duties that support the work of the Photographs, Film and Sound Section and its contribution to Memorial digitisation, preservation and revenue programs.
Note: A Drivers Licence is required as the employee will need to move collection items between AWM campuses in a government vehicle. A practical skill and numeracy test will be conducted as part of the assessment. You will also be required to work in low temperature storage repositories in accordance with Memorial standards.
