Tāmaki Paenga Hira Auckland War Memorial Museum

The Collections Information and Access department is seeking a part-time and fixed-term Collection Technician to be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary project team at Tāmaki Paenga Hira Auckland War Memorial Museum. Working closely with the Natural Sciences division, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing high-quality object records and rehousing items from our herpetology collections. This role is crucial to the achievement of the project, which will highlight the breadth and depth of our collections and form the basis of future onsite, offsite and online access. This role requires 24 hours per week and the fixed term will run to early November 2021.
