The Sovereign Hill Museums Association is a not-for profit community-based museum organisation that collects, researches and interprets the heritage of the goldrushes and the Ballarat region. The organisation includes Sovereign Hill Outdoor Museum, the Gold Museum, Sovereign Hill Hotel, AURA and Narmbool.
Offsite Confectioner is responsible for assisting with the production and packaging of confectionery and food/drink products and associated administrative activities within the Confectionery factory whilst providing a high standard of customer service in a pleasant and enthusiastic manner
The successful applicant must have:
- An understanding and awareness of general food handling/safety requirements when handling and/or making and packing food products
- Good communication and team work skills
- Ability and willingness to meet deadlines whilst working in a busy environment
- Ability to work across flexible rosters including weekends, public holidays and school holidays
Checks and Qualifications:
- Police Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- Current Food Handling Certificate is preferred but not essential
- Covid Vaccination
- Level 2 First Aid would be highly regarded
- Pre-Employment medical check
- Eligible to work in Australia
