Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Contracts Manager to provide day-to-day oversight of the catering agreements including performance management and from time project manage new and existing business opportunities that contribute to meeting the objectives set out in the commercial strategy.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The position is responsible for from time to time for the project management and delivery of business projects delivering effective scope management and to ensure a harmonious relationship between Museums Victoria and its clients, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Extensive experience in the contract management of the provision of food and beverage
- Experience and knowledge in the development of major and/or preferred supplier contracts including supplier rights and large catering agreements.
- Demonstrated project management and planning skills.
- Demonstrated staff management experience and the capacity to work flexibly in a multi-function team and provide leadership that fosters a co-operative and collegiate approach.
- Proven ability to apply high level communication, negotiation and presentation skills to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
