The Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) celebrates the screen in its myriad forms. Situated in the heart of Melbourne in Federation Square, ACMI is a major publicly funded museum, hosting exhibition spaces, galleries, cinemas, a Mediatheque and archive plus a shop, cafe and international touring arm. Supported by funding through the Victorian Government, it is the world’s most visited moving image or film cultural centre, attracting over 1.45 million visitors in 2015 & 2016. The ACMI Marketing Team is a key business unit delivering ACMI’s strategic brand, marketing, communications, design, social media and audience research activities.

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, ACMI has created an exciting new opportunity for an experienced database manager to drive the use of our CRM system, Tessitura. Working closely with teams from across the organisation, particularly ticketing, ICT and Experience & Digital, The CRM Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining and optimising Tessitura and for extracting meaningful data and insights that will drive ACMI’s marketing, sales and fundraising activities. This new position has been created to maximise the value of Tessitura and its integrated applications, and ensure stakeholder engagement across the organisation. The CRM Manager will use their expertise and knowledge of Tessitura to extract valuable insights, and have a clear vision of best practice in Tessitura’s range of capabilities and their practical applications.
