Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a professional individual with experience in the set up and ongoing management of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This person will need to ensure the successful adoption and ongoing delivery and development of the system. A knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution is a definite advantage.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The role is responsible for representing business goals, standards, and end user interests in the setup of a digital CRM solution and ensuring business value through the ongoing development of the solution. The role involves working closely with disparate teams across the organisation who have a need for, or provide technical and other support to, the CRM system.

Notable skills and experiences:

The successful applicant will be someone who has demonstrated experience in managing customer interactions and helping the business better understand its customers. They are responsible, with others, to engage with customers, build trusting relationships with new and existing customers, and growing our customer base.
