Louise Herron, Rose Hiscock and Kim McKay AO have had extraordinary backgrounds encompassing the arts, community and business and are dynamic leaders creating major change in their institutions. In conversation with Katrina Sedgwick (Head of Arts, ABC TV) meet these women as they discuss the challenges in leading major cultural institutions and gain insights on how to make change happen.
