Sovereign Hill is a dynamic group of museums presenting the mining, social, cultural and environmental heritage of the Ballarat region and its impact on Australia’s history.

The Commercial and Operations Department comprises of Museum Operations, Merchandising and Small Business, Sovereign Hill Hotel, Narmbool, Front Entrance & Blood on the Southern Cross (BOSC). The Entrance and BOSC booking teams comprise of approximately 25 employees and work from the main entrance building.

We are looking for a Casual Customer Service Officer to work in our Front Entrance. In this role you will be required to greet visitors, process entry tickets and inform guests about all of Sovereign Hill’s activities and tourism events.

To be successful you must have previous experience in a customer service or retail environment, excellent cash handling and P.O.S experience, intermediate computer skills and the ability to communicate efficiently with all staff and visitors of Sovereign Hill.
