The Development and External Affairs department is responsible for reputation management, external relationships and development activities. The department will ensure the Museum achieves fundraising/ visitor targets and stakeholder support. The team delivers a new focus on multiplatform marketing, reputation management and significant audience growth.

The Development Manager secures financial support for MAAS from corporate partners and private sources including individual donors, Trusts & Foundations, bequests and members. The role will have a key role in delivering the Museum’s development strategy, to increase revenues, engagement and awareness and to enhance the Museum’s brand.

Question 1 – Provide a case study of a significant partnership or fundraising campaign that you have developed, describe the project and results.

Question 2 – Provide a project example where you worked as part of a senior team to achieve a shared outcome
