Queensland Museum Foundation (Foundation) is a small, high-performing team dedicated to developing partnerships with industry, academia and government to support the state-wide programs of Queensland Museum Network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under direction from the Business Development Manager, you will:
- Assist with the development and implementation of fundraising and engagement activities including grants and giving campaigns, corporate partnerships and stakeholder events for World Science Festival Brisbane.
- Support the wider team to deliver contractual deliverables and leverage activities for partners including acknowledgement, ticketing and corporate hospitality.
- Maintain stakeholder databases within the Customer Relationship Management system including accurate data entry, reporting, batching, cleansing, and coordinating guest lists, mail-outs and RSVPs.
- Apply superior writing skills to draft a range of communications including publicity and promotional material, feature articles, annual reports, grant applications, speeches and routine correspondence.
- Interpret and interrogate data and conduct desk-top research to identify corporate and private prospects and maintain the grants database
- Attend working group meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and other papers.
- Identify and track issues and actions requiring follow-up and escalate accordingly.
- Comply with Queensland Museum Network policies, procedures and appropriate legislation.
- Contribute to the safety culture of Queensland Museum Network by reporting all incidents and hazards and ensuring work is undertaken in the safest way possible, following all Queensland Museum Network WHS policies and/or procedures and guidelines relevant to the job.
- Other duties commensurate with skills, experience as required.
