Job Description
Your role as the Digital Experience Manager will be to lead our amazing team responsible for imagining, creating, delivering and operating inspiring and engaging digital experiences both onsite and beyond our walls, as well as supporting the audio-visual needs of our Commercial, Learning and Public Programming teams. This will include the management of people, budgets, schedules, risks, relationships and expectations across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will possess:
- Proven team management expertise, both operational and creative.
- 5+ years’ experience in the delivery of digital experiences.
- A knack for intuitively understanding what our visitors want.
- Ability to interpret and respond to visitor and market research.
- The confident ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- A cultural empathy that supports the Museum’s bicultural and inclusive purpose.
- The ability to create and work to established schedules and budgets.
- A love for Museums and the absolute willingness to have fun and enjoy your job.
