Duties
Reporting to the Digital Infrastructure Program Manager, the Digital Project Coordinator will play a key role in the implementation of the Digital Infrastructure Program, an ambitious digital transformation change program with a dual focus on both backend system improvements and front-end visitor experiences.
The Digital Project Coordinator will work on multiple projects simultaneously and provide support to the Program manager.
Duties:
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of project objectives to deliver high-quality systems and products that meet the objectives of the Digital Infrastructure Program in accordance with Museum and Australian Government policies and standards
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, outsourced vendors and development teams to manage the delivery and maintenance of internal systems such as Contact Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Asset Management (DAMS) and public-facing digital products that meet user and business needs
- Monitor and track progress of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify, analyse and monitor risks associated with the Digital Infrastructure Program and propose mitigate strategies
Eligibility
The successful applicant must be an Australian citizen and be willing to hold or obtain a security clearance at the Baseline level.
