Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Projects Manager, focussed on both results and people, to successfully deliver digital projects through fit-for-purpose project management.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a key member of the Digital and Emerging Technologies Department, the primary responsibility of the Digital Projects Manager is to contribute to the delivery of digital projects by successfully performing as a project manager, project delivery partner or project advisor for business improvement and other digital projects.
Notable skills and experiences:
- Proven delivery focus, backed by the experience and flexibility to employ a range of fit-for-purpose project management tools and methodologies
- Demonstrable project delivery success and program coordination experience
- High level understanding of business and digital systems and opportunities
- Well developed and adaptable communication and negotiation skills
- High level of personal organisation with demonstrated ability to prioritise and control multiple initiatives
- Experience managing and inspiring staff who are direct reports.
The successful applicant will most likely have at least one qualification in project management, will flourish in an evolving environment and will enjoy responding to multiple challenges.
OTHER INFORMATION
This is a full-time, ongoing position. The salary on offer is $90,890 (base of grade) + 9.5% superannuation.
