The Museum’s Education Team shares the stories within the Museum’s galleries and Science Engagement areas in educational and engaging ways. Working with the Education Manager, the Education Officer will develop and deliver education offerings for preschool to lifelong learners, including learning experiences outside the classroom, sleepover programmes and school holiday programmes.
The successful applicant will have experience working with children, creating and communicating educational content, and learning programmes based on the New Zealand curriculum. They will be both creative and organised, with great presentation skills and a passion for providing unforgettable activities and experiences.
