We are looking for a person with exceptional online selling skills using platforms such as eBay, Marketplace, etc. to sell items no longer required by Sovereign Hill. Such items may include cabinetry, furniture, and miscellaneous fittings – not needed by Sovereign Hill, but too valuable to throw out.
Working on a commission basis (exact details to be negotiated), it would be an out-of-hours project involving selling items on Sovereign Hill’s behalf, as they become available over the coming months.
Typical tasks will include:
- Advise on best method/platform for online sale or auction
- Collating photographs of sale items
- Preparing appropriate descriptions of items
- Configuring and coordinating all associated online activities
- Liaising with Sovereign Hill Staff (Engineering Team) on arrangements for collection of sold items
- Managing inventory and asset details of all sold items
