ABOUT THE POSITION:

The primary responsibility of the Evaluation Officer will be to conduct high quality evaluation projects and embedding outcomes to help shape experiences developed and delivered by project teams across the organisation.

Notable skills and experiences:

  1. Undertake evaluation projects using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, working closely with and within project development teams
  2. Collate results, and analyse data to produce actionable outcomes that lead to informed decision-making in projects
  3. Prepare summaries of data, key implications and conclusions
  4. Present findings to end users in formal and informal settings, responding to specific questions or requests for additional investigation.
  5. Produce presentations, briefings, reports and recommendations that support decision making while ensuring evaluation outcomes are accessible and easily understood
  6. Support audience research by ensuring that research information is properly logged and transferred to a central database.
  7. Act as a contact for standard audience research enquiries
  8. Contribute to the continual improvement of evaluation methodologies and related processes
  9. To contribute to ad hoc projects or provide support in a different area within Marketing, Audiences and Communications.
